The editorial board is pleased to announce that we have opened our call for submissions for our second (re)issue of Vagabond. For our second issue, we’d like submissions to be in conversation with the following questions:

How does language impact meaning-making? What is the purpose of a sign or symbol? Vagabond’s angle is translation: how does the written language of a piece impact its message? What is lost and what is gained in translation? Could a translated piece be considered its own original unit?
